I see that both Movistar and Personal have started rolling out 4G/LTE service. Does anyone have it yet? How is it?

Looks like service is still a little spotty...

Interesting but looks like at least with Movistar, you must have a new contract/plan that has 4G LTE listed already, and get a new SIM, plus it's not compatible with my phone according to the website...
