Anyone know where some basketball pickup games are?

So I went to Park Chacabuco and couldn't find the court Does anyone fancy shooting a few hoops at the one in Colegiales? am going nuts here without playing any basketball or soccer.

Well i have played basketball and soccer all my life on and off. Used to play soccer three times a week in a team for the last 4 years. However if I can't find an 11 a side team that plays on grass, I would happily join a basketball team and put all my energy into that.

Why dont you like 5 or 7 a side?

Most pitches are outside of capital so you need to find a group of Argentines who play in a tournament there but you wil definitly need someone to drive you there

Good luck with finding a decent grass pitch in BA

It's mainly sand and gravel

For grass pitches you need to go far within Buenos Aires Province, like in Pilar. In those areas there´s several tournaments for 11 and 7 a side. The only problem is finding a team and then a ride heheh
