I am renting my 1 bedroom apartment in Recoleta, ideally for minimum 2 months up to 6, but that could be talked.

The location cant be better: the square between Las Heras, Coronel Diaz, Santa Fe and Pueyrredon, 4 avenues with tons of buses, metro D, etc. Plus, walking distance to Plaza Francia, Alto Palermo, etc.

- It is very luminous and quiet

- It is a second floor by stairs (no elevator)

- It has a double size bed in the bedroom and an extra bed (used as a sofa) in the living room.

- It doesnt have a phone line.

- Brand new Air Conditioner in the bedroom.

- Tv cable (Cablevision) and internet (Fibertel wi-fi)

All expenses included, 650 USD per month.

This is a great apartment. I stayed for two months: December and January.

Very quiet, contrafrente, top floor - no neighbors above. Very well equipped, Wi-Fi, clothes washer, cable TV, electric mixer for making shakes, etc. Very reasonable security deposit.

And for $650 in Recoleta. It's a bargain!
