Applying For A Credit Card

I have salary account in Banco frances, I just went there and asked them I want credit card, in couple of weeks I got 2 credit cards of (master and visa) from the branch where I have salary account, I didn't have do nothing.

Awesome link, thanks! Looks like AMEX Arge rewards can be exchanged on a 1000=800 ratio which isn't
quite one to one but sill not bad. Question is: How many ARS/USD to a AMEX reward?

1 dollar (or official exchange rate in pesos) = 1 AMEX point.
1000AMEX=800pts in TAM and 800 miles in DELTA. All others (Alitalia/Aeromexico/TACA/Turkish/Iberia) are 1000AMEX=1000 miles/points

I'm supposed to get an AMEX soon, but I've read somewhere that you can subscribe for cheap to some kind of turbo program, that lets you accumulate 2x the amount of points on each purchase.

That's what I was wondering, thanks.

I was looking online and it looks like in April Santander Rio will let me apply for their Amex. Is the AMEX in Arge a credit card or a charge card that you must pay off at the end of the month?

I was thinking of going for the Citi Master Card or Visa that has AAdvantage Miles since I can use/earn on LAN here and since they're taking over US Airways the range of cities that I fly to are increasing. I can't seem to find the difference between the two cards. Does anyone have one/have any expierence with the card(s), are they worth it?
