Are banks/WU closed Monday and Tuesday for the various 'Shrove' holidays?

The 23rd. banks may be closed for salary paritarias?
Yup, the banking union called for and ratified a national strike for Thursday; I saw the posters walking yesterday on the side of a Banco Ciudad. More info here: https://www.infobae.com/economia/20...ves-23-de-febrero-que-servicios-va-a-afectar/

Someone here recently called Santander Rio a "shitty bank" in the forum without saying why they held that opinion.
Until they do, in my opinion, that is just a "shitty remark." 🤠
I personally had nothing but poor experiences w/Santander, but I gave a rather thorough explanation of why I don't like them, so it's likely someone else, which doesn't surprise me, but if we're being honest it could be any bank here unless you know an account executive or branch manager or meet a certain income threshold.

Are restaurants generally busier on these feriados? Wondering if I’ll struggle to find somewhere for dinner
