My uncle is renting his brand new appartment in elegant calle cervino, near the botanical garden, the zoo, plaza Italia etc
Its a one bedroom, with living room, kitchen, bathroom, and balcony at the back. On the 7th floor,very quiet,lots of light. It has everything you need, he and his wife made it up really nicely because they were going to live in it, but then had to go back to Italy, so its not the usual sad looking temporary rent appartment.
