Argentina estate tax on US heir who is permanent resident

Can anyone recommend a BsAs estate attorney with whom I could communicate regarding this?
 
don’t know but if the money is in the US leave it there. open an account with a debit card and use it in argentina. just saying. don’t report anything

The debit card suggestion is a possibility to consider as I thought tax would come into play as I understand Argentina doesn’t have some kind of reciprocal agreement with the US over estate taxes.
If others have suggestions, please offer them.
