Argentina Or Venezuela

We were in San Martin de los Andes last week and were amazed at how quickly our shopping trip went. The checkers were fast, people in the aisles were courteous (not trying to walk through you or stopping in the middle of the aisle oblivious to others). In Bariloche, same thing, checkers are quicker, people are more courteous. Tilda, you may have some new neighbors next year...
