Argentines start bringing their money home

can someone give me the scoop on parking spaces? how much are they? what do they rent for?
 
Parking spaces now are selling anywhere from 10,000 to 25,000 usd depending on the area of the city. Our investment company did a lot of research in to where the best capital returns were to be made in BA a year ago, and we recommended foreign investors to buy car parking spaces, which few did, but most didn't. It is nice though to write back to them now though saying the returns they would have made! We still think carparks are a pretty safe bet here as it's inevitable that the same will eventually happen as has happened in all majore cities in the world, that demand for parking outweighs supply. I don't think buying now will give the same capital return though as it would have a year ago, but still has a speedier potential for growth than apartments.
 
Besides the capital gain, I assume the monthly income is nothing to shake a stick at.
