Arriving soon- Psychologist Looking to share Office

I am licensed clinical Psychologist from the states and will be arriving in September. I am hoping to be able to establish a small practice working with expats in Buenos Aires.

I am wondering about the possibility of renting an furnished office to work from one or 2 days a week.

Any suggestions on how to pursue this or the best areas to look would be appreciated.

I have several firneds here who have a terrible time renting space, even in buildings that are half empty. A 7 year lease is normal for business-professional space. I would suggest that try to rent from somebody that already has an office and has space to share. This would also be the best bet if you want furnished.

The only other option is there are services that rent offices in a shared environment. Common kitchen, board room, waiting room, that sort of thing. They are pretty new to BA, but they exist. I would suggest searching online for one. I suspect that they are rather expensive, they certainly are in Europe and the US.
