Depends what you mean by art (paintings ?) ? If that's the case, Guillermo Urbano (on Arenales if I remember) is excellent but didn't respect once his quotation to me.
I tried another one, which is on LM Campos (can retrieve the name & number if needed) which is cheaper but not as good (ruined once one of my paintings...).
It's really tricky to find really good pros here.

A painting needs restoration. I don't want the address of the one that ruined your art but do you have the address/phone of the better one who didn't respect his quote? I can give the work to an Argentine friend to take to the shop as I know that if I go the price will soar.
