BA Travel Agent

Hi,

I´m looking for a professional travel agent that specializes in tour packages for Argentina and Brazil. Special all-inclusive packages seem to be the norm in the US, but the agents I spoke to in BA seem to just add the cost of flight, hotel, and tours one at a time. Needless to say, I was shocked to discover that the packages I found here are more expensive than arranged through a US based internet travel agent like www.victorytravel.com. I´m planning a trip this weekend to Iguazu Falls and Bariloche, so I would appreciate any info ASAP.

Why is it fair for Argentines to pay a less? Seems like discrimination to me. Why not charge based on race? I have never been anywhere else in the world where this kind of dual pricing exists.
