Ok,

things have improved 33% after 24 hours.

I changed the coffee powder brand..and things are better. I also sprayed lysoform all over.

Will keep you guys updated.

I have heard of coffee grounds used for absorbing odor but I have never heard of instant coffee powder as one, they're not really the same type of product, you might want to switch or add more baking soda to be sure it's effective.
