Bank Account For Domestic Help?

I have a full time woman cleaning my house. She is very humilde. I also pay the domestic help tax for her so she is en blanco as my maid. I also have a bank account in an argentine bank. She is "unbanked" and I would love to help her get a local bank account but she isn't sophisticated enough to do it in her own. Do any of you know if it is possible to get some sort of sponsored of affiliated bank account for domestic help? Thanks!!!

Cuenta sueldo is like a Savings Account with no Cost? and issues a Debit card. The maid needs a DNI.

My honest 2 pence: don't open her a bank account unless she tells you she needs one or you sense she is worried about her savings being stored unsecurely.
I had a neighbor who was in the same situation and she basically had her very little savings eaten in bank fees and taxes. She didn't even imagine such things existed, she had like 50 USD in her bank account. Please consider she need to have access to her money promptly and quickly, and being held in a bank account she doesn't understand (ATM, teller, hours, ID required, only her can access her money, etc.).

Ceviche: she is legal. I did say, "I also pay the domestic help tax for her so she is en blanco as my maid." -- note, to put someone "en blanco", they must have a dni!
