Best place to buy new electronics?

Need to get stuff like a printer and monitor for a home office. Do I order online on Mercado Libre? Go to the mall?

The Panama City airport has a duty free electronics shop. If I buy stuff there, can I avoid paying customs when I land in Argentina?
 
Some thing like a printer. Get it from Mercado libre. Its not such a big item to carry it all the way.

things like laptop or iphone. get from abroad.
