Best Place to Exchange Dollars

Good Afternoon All,

I'm certain I read on here a post about the best places to exchange dollars but it was either old, or I've completely lost it. Could someone please share their experience - I need to exchange about $2500 USD this afternoon for the most competitive rate possible. Any suggestions, feedback, recommendations would be helpful!

Bonus points if the exchange location is close to or in Palermo.

go to banco de la nacion on santa fe between thames and borges, right now the rate is higher than blue. they won't accept any bills that have written marks on them. you'll need a passport or DNI. Buy rate is 38.2, but hurry, i think they close at 2.30 o 3 p.m. But if you don't need the whole amount in pesos you are better off exchanging just what you need for now and a bit extra.
