My husband and I are relocating to Argentina later this year. We plan on getting a short term place for one month while we look around for a long term apartment.
We're not sure yet if we are going in Oct, Nov, or December..
Would it be particularly hard to find a place if we arrived in mid-November with the goal to find a long term place to move into by mid-December? Do the christmas/summer holidays affect rental availabilities?
I'm just wondering because I'm guessing most people don't tend to want to end their leases in mid-December, just before the holidays.. Maybe we should wait to go until December, or else go earlier (in October)?
