best week-long apartment rental agencies

Anyone have any recommendations? I have some friends coming down looking to rent and apartment (furnished) just for a week, not luxurious but not horrible either. Thanks. (Sorry if there is an old thread on this; did do a search but the search terms are really vague.)

For obvious reasons, most agencies prefer longer stays. One that specializes in shorter stays (3 days or longer) is http://www.apartmentsba.com. They have really good apartments with excellent furnishings, equipment, and service. Their places aren't cheap, but they're comparable to high-end hotels at a fraction of the price, especially considering that they don't add 21% iva to the price, as most good hotels do.

Try AirBNB. They have a bunch of great place and great reviews of each place too. In a lot of cases you're renting from owners, so you'll get a good price too.
