Does anyone know if there are any doctors/clinics offering bio-identical hormone therapy in BA or Argentina?

I am not sure if this helps but our clinic in Miami, Florida is offering free airfares (with U.S borders) to anyone living outside Florida to fly into South Beach for our medically supervised hormone therapy program.
