Hi Brenda,

Depends on where you are coming from. If stateside, check with your carrier to see if it is locked. If AT&T it probably is. I JUST was in then US and bought a Blackberry Torch and I had to unlock it. However, the Blackberry I bought in Singapore a few years back worked with no problems.

Short answer, your phone WILL work.
