I think Boric will have a very full domestic program, and be very unlikely to look to provoke international conflict.

Boric also promised to pardon the payments on the 2% p.a. interest Student Loans . The loan covers 100 % of tuition Students must pay 10 % of their monthly income only when working. The number of students delinquent very high.
