It is used, but slightly. I bought it a couple of weeks ago and haven't used it much.

Craigslist Buenos Aires is your friend. Sold the iPad I brought back with me in a day (had two people wanting to buy in less than 24 hours) and even got paid in U.S. dollars despite the new rules. No one bit here or on Mercado Libre.
