Typically you have a lot of variance due to results only getting submitted when the count of a single "area" is complete. Thus, if you get all votes from say C.F. at the beginning, you'd see Macri way higher and when the Salta results dribble in, the effect pushes the number in the opposite direction. The more votes are count, the less the visible effect will be (as the results so far should be closer to the final results and a very unique result for one candidate or the other doesn't effect the overall result that much anymore).
