If its not possible, would San Andres be the best choice?

I spent a week in Jericoacoara back in 2010, it's amazing. Not sure what the zika situation is...

Have enough caipirinhas and no worries about zika! Between the alcohol and one's forgetting about it will make ones trip a zika- free one!
