I brought my dog here from Spain, no hassle at all. Had to get rabies shot and a written statement from my vet that the dog is in good health. I am sure your vet can provide you with all necessary information. As stated before, the dates are very important.

No. Don't assume that your vet can tell you everything you need to know. They don't always know what is required for international travel and they don't always know specifically what is needed for Argentina.

You will need a USDA certificate and this can take time if you don't live near one of the branches.

There is lots of good information on this thread & a couple others. But my advise to you is to go in speak to your vet well in advance of you travel.

Also, we had trouble finding a place to rent with our small dogs. So do start the search early.
