Buenos Aires Bus - Air conditioned?

I actually played tourist a couple weeks ago with a friend visiting. The top is open air, and may or may not have a canvas roof to block the sun (mine did). The bottom was enclosed and I believe had AC. You could still see a lot from the bottom level, but top is preferred.

Most of the trek is near the Rio and there should be a cool breeze blowing.

It's a decent service. I think it's best enjoyed taking advantage of the stop and go service. Get off at a certain point, walking around, and then catching another bus later.
