There is only one true and this is it: Buenos Aires its the best city in the spanish language at least, in many ways. As a great city terms BA its 10 times better than madrid or barcelona, anybody has to be blind for dont get in love with BA. But as anyone knows Argentina its coming up from a huge crisis and there are still things for fix here... thats why many told you about "a jungle", but the good news its that we're coming up. In the other hand spain comes from their best time in the whole history (its not a minimus detail), but they are coming down. As you can see, nobody in this world got the future buyed (except countrys who speak english). So, all depends in your point of view, if you're looking for stay a long term, Argentina cant be the best option but Spain neither.
