Buenos Aires Realestate Has A Future!!!!

@shoush Don´t be scared by poor people in Villa 31. The real robber barrons live on the other side of the tracks.

I know "Ladrones" come in all shapes and sizes, rich or poor, but i wouldn't take a leisurely walk through villa 31 or stop in for a cafe con leche!

Speaking of property - does anyone here own an investment property in Argentina or overseas? I am contemplating getting into the property market while I am still relatively young however I have hesitations about investing in Argentina - mainly how to get my money in/out of the country. Would love to hear everyone's opinions. I am also interested in Spain/Australia and the UK, the USA also seems to be attractive since the price drop however I don't have US citizenship or a visa.
