Bus from Salta to Cusco

Hello,

Can anyone recommend a 'good' bus company to get from Salta to Cusco. Preferably, I would like to dip into Bolivia on the way.

Failing this, can anyone recommend a good website on which I can actually find some 'good' bus companies.

In the past I have seen some buses that went to Lima from the terminal in Retiro. You might find some info on plataforma 10 as far as which companies stop in Salta and continue through Bolivia.
When I traveled to Cusco, we had to take several different bus companies and a train at some point to get there.

Interested in information as well. I'm planning on taking a bus from Salta into Bolivia, then Peru and then Ecuador.
