You need to have a very trustworthy notary in this case. Be very careful.

Too many things, for starters the account owner might not own tge property, or Afip is going to get in the middle. Just talk to your trustworthy escribano about potential issues. A good one can ok it for sure. Do the homework first.

It is a must do. We have homebuilding scams here, just stay on the safe. It is doable but an expert should check evrth beforehand. Not all properties have deeds in Arg.

Nikad is right on all counts. Our house purchase was smooth but 5 years later we are still waiting on the architectural papers which one (supposedly) must have to sell a place.
