Yes its easy for a non resident to buy property in Argentina as long as you follow some simple laws . Firstly you require a CDI ( tax file number) and secondly you must also have an accountant that can help with the declarations of funds for the purchase . All purchases of real estate must require proof that they are from legal sources and you must provide tax returns , bank account details , or proof of recent sale of another property that can justify the purchase.
