Can the building decide to revoke the right to rent out apartments temporarily ?

As soon as you own it, I do not think the consorcio can do that because your property rights are protected by art. 17 of the NC that requires a law to restrict your ownership right.
However, they might be smart and request the inscription at the CABA short term rental list.
 
Well they havent requested anything unp to now my husband is an accountant and until registration and taxes are mandatory he doesn't want me to register the flat we want to see what they are going to do but he says that a tax on the flat won't be a lot of money and hasvto be reasonable we are just waiting to see what to do and do it well.
