Canada Direct 0-800-222-1004

Hi:

I used 0-800-222-1004 for years to charge to a calling card, .. and also to call Canada collect.

Since about 4 months or so, I´ve never got beyond the first few steps of the answering machine.
I always get disconnected before I can reach the operator.

What do I have to do to get through ?
What am I doing wrong now, that I wasn´t before ?
Has this service been switched to another 800 number ?
Or has it been completely replaced with another service ?
Or if there is another way that will allow me to do the same ?

I would just SKYPE and forget about the calling cards.

I have been out of it for 16 years, ... have no idea what is going on !!!

I´ll try to catch up on SkyPe ... sounds like it may let me call Canada.
