Cancelling Appt At Migraciones

I won't be able to make my appt at Migraciones to renew my DNI - I have looked everywhere on their site to cancel, but to no avail. Does anyone have any suggestions, is a no-show okay? Thanks
 
I think you just no-show. The appointment seems to be the pre-req for someone to talk to you, but they probably wouldn't even know if you had an appointment and didn't show up for it. It's a madhouse in there.
