We are looking for U.S. natives living in Buenos Aires to operate closed captioning (Eng>Eng) at our premier company.

From the post dates, looks like they can the whole older staff every six months and start over with new, younger hires.

Probably for office esthetics. Don't want no ol' farts dozin' and dribblin' where people can see 'em. Can't say I blame 'em - old folks pretty unattractive.
 
Writing capabilities? Do you mean one must be able to write a coherent sentence or write prose like Charles effing Dickens?

I suspect that if someone could throw out a few lines like your namesake, that might clear the bar.

And of course my first thought was about the deplorable spelling and grammar habits of 23-35 year-olds.

Old people can spell, AND form coherent sentences!
