The multi milionaire Horacio Cartes won in Paraguay...!! The Partido Colorado returns to power that had governed for 70 years and interrupted by Lugo" the Stallion" bishop of Asuncion....!!!

Paraguay grew 15 % and this year will grow 13% , a large percentage is under the poverty line 45% . Cartes is the Asuncion version of Brerlusconi.
