Cartridges for US printer

I just bought a Ink Jet printer here in BsAs, which as it turns out is a US model not available here. So I have not been able to buy cartridges (Epson type 69) for it. Any ideas? Do I just need to bite the bullet and buy a local printer?

OK then toss it out and buy a new printer. If it's a US printer does it run on 110?
