Case against Ernestina Herrera de Noble, was dismissed for the alleged Appropriation of 2 children born under the Dictadura
She was harassed for 15 years by CFK and Estela de Carloto calling her la Expropiadora.the ADN proved the contrary

Federal Judge Sandra Arroyo Salgado dismissed the director of Grupo Clarin, Ernestina Herrera de Noble, in the case in which she was charged for the alleged appropriation of two children during the military dictatorship.
The judge decided that the DNA samples of Marcela and Felipe Noble Herrera were negative with samples that are in the National Genetic Data Bank (BNDG) of relatives of missing persons and that in no further action because test done.
