Hi, does anyone know if it's possible to withdraw dollars using a US bank card in the cashlines in Colonia? If so, all of them, or any one in particular?
If that's not possible has anyone found another bright solution to withdrawing funds from Paypal (registered to a US bank account) that offer something better than cashlines here at the official exchange rate?
