Cell Phone Promos Website?

If I look on Movistar and Personal's websites, I don't see anywhere that tells you "Today put 30 on your phone and get 60" for example. I get the messages from Movistar, but my husband has Personal and says he doesn't get them to know which days are best to add credit. Besides just annoying the kioskero asking him, anyone know if there is a website or where to look to find out if it's a promo day or not if you don't get the texts? Thanks.

If you want to take advantage of these discounts you have to have your SIM registered in your name. The first SIM I had (Claro), I bought 2nd hand in a kiosk. I would get those promotional texts but it never worked. Then I got a SIM from the Personal store, I had to show them my passport and they registered it in my name. (I also got a login for the website) Since then, the promotions have worked. ANd when I signed up on their website for the "socio club" i got 3x credit on promo days.
