I have a prepaid Claro number. I tried to find the 500 peso a month/6GB data deal on claro's website. Somehow I can't find it. Is this applicable for pre-paid number? Can you please share the link? Thanks!

You're welcome... there are a couple of network evaluation services, apart from OpenSignal, there's also Tutela: https://www.tutela.com/blog/topic/argentina, as well as Nperf and Speedtest, though Nperf hasn't published results for Argentina, and Speedtest / Ookla seems only to offer their app, but don't break results down by operator.
