Any luck finding cheese made using raw milk? Non-pasteurized/homogenized.
In BsAs at least.
Maybe it's too much to ask, just thought to throw it out there.
Might be tough. Even in Europe, it was at times hard to find this, just some small amounts of artisanal products here and there. Seems to be a sort of law regulating that milk be pasteurized.
