Your article only has a link at the bottom to a video, which only has a link back to your article. No links to the CIA documents mentioned in your article, or a transcript of the testimony in the condor trial?

Not doubting at all about the CIA involvement, but your article is pretty lackluster...
 
I don't think anyone can take anything in that publication seriously. It is basically a content farm/vanity writer site with little criteria for contributors.
 
Anyone interested could try John Dinges' book The Condor Years: How Pinochet and His Allies Brought Terrorism to Three Continents. The best book I've read on the subject and from a very reliable source.
