Last month I bought a Claro phone with preapaid minutes. I noticed that my minutes are reducing and I don't make many calls on it. I noticed that I get about 3 text messages a day from #2112 on my phone. I went to 2 different Claro offices and of course they couldn't speak a word of English. So somehow when I bought my phone they subscribed to a text message service. How can this be disabled? Both offices of Claro said that it could not be disabled. Makes me think that Claro is getting a cut for every message that I open.
