Help Me Figure Out A Prepaid Data Plan(Claro,personal,movist

I just moved to BA for a month and would like to buy a 1 month prepaid data plan for my wireless hotspot. I checked out the websites for Claro, Personal, Movistar and I am not sure if what I am looking at are the right plans for prepaid data. Google translation isnt too helpful.

Am I right that Personal is the only one that offers 1 month prepaid and that Claro and Movistar only do daily data options? Why doesnt Personal show the MB or GB limit for its 69.90 plan? Am I on the right links for what I want?

The Movistar Prepaid data plan debits $5 peso every day at 8 am. for a limited data use. The quality of the signal is enough to send a short Whatsapp text message or SMS. Images and other heavy things take a minute or more...! Unless you are in a wifi area and you don't need the provider data service!

its require DNI for activation, but i think you can enter generated dni for activation, may be it will work. thay give 1500 MB per month + you can get additional 500 mb.
