Clothing alterations in the city?

I need some clothes altered - nothing extreme, pretty basic dress alterations, can anyone recommend a place? Would be great if they spoke English too but not essential.

There is a shop just to the left of when facing the Carrefours supermarket at Vicente López 1676, C1018 ABB, Buenos Aires (between Rodriguez Peña and Montevideo). Good quality work, maybe a little pricey but reliable.

Same street is named Guido on one side of Juncal and Talcahuano on the other. FYI. The Sanatorio is between Talcahuano and Uruguay. You can visit our beloved VP CABA residence while at it, It's on the Guido/Uruguay side of the world, not to be confused with the Talcahuano/Uruguay side of the world.

Tell the cab driver any of those directions and you'll be G2G. I bet both of your kidneys on it. Trust me.
