Thanks all you amazing people for your suggestions! Yeah that is my main concern, motochorros! I wanna to be able to be outside but still use my laptop! Hmmm maybe it is just not possible here?

I would be wary of using my laptop anywhere where someone from the street can see you using it. Of course there could always be an organized robbery of the shop itself, but I'll only ever bring my laptop to a place where there is a terrace with Wifi and the tables can't be seen from the street. Unfortunately these types of places aren't terribly common here.
