I use www.comoviajo.com. It is good for colectivos, trains, subte and taxis in Capital Federal and Gran Buenos Aires

Well that map is much better than ComoViajo, and when travelling to province I will probably use it. Still, while in the capital I prefer the city government's digital map (mapa.buenosaires.gob.ar) quicker and more reliable.

for people with iphones, you can download an app called ColectivosBA, that's basically the govt bus map in app form
