The Argentine IT company I work for needs to get a commercial general liability insurance policy in order to comply with the requisites for a new client in the US.
Does anyone have experience with this? Would it be a policy that is through an Argentine insurer? (that is my guess..) My employer seems to think we need to buy a policy from a US insurer, but I haven´t had much luck with that yet.
