Yes. No time schedule, but lots of buses every few minutes...

Yes. You walk in a Claro (or whatever else store) and 15 minutes later you have a working cell...
- Does Plaza San Martin have good supermarkets or will I need to travel to other areas? The pictures I've seen show Plaza San Martin as a nice place, is it that the case in terms of crime?
You have many stores around...in regards of crime: you always have to be careful but nothing special in this zone....it`s beautiful! You will enjoy it
- What is the attire for everyday life? As a 43 year old male I do not want to look like a tourist but I also would prefer to not wear a suit every day either.
You will see....don`t worry...there are so many tourists, expats, strange looking argentines around
